* Meet 6 - 8 weeks before Wedding to discuss needs and expectations

* Follow up meeting 2 weeks in advance to discuss remaining concerns

* Tie up all loose ends, reconfirm with all vendors

Rehearsal & Wedding Day        This is the "Day Of" package plus a lil extra

Includes everything in the Bronze Package Plus:

* Up to 3 hours of rehearsal day coverage

* Help Direct Rehearsal & Ceremony Site

* Review all vendor contracts & confirmation 2 weeks prior to Wedding

Gold Package has everything that the Bronze & Silver Packages have, plus the following:

* Begins 6 - 8 weeks prior to the wedding

* Wedding Reminder Checklist

* Attend all final meetings with the couple

* Walk through the chosen venues

* Review & Finalize all contracts and details with the vendors 1 - 2 weeks prior to wedding

* Assist with favors, programs, RSVP's, Bridal Party gifts, Place cards, etc;

* In home consultation to review decorations & ettiquette

* Assist with final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything on your "to do" list

Diamond has everything that is included in Bronze, Silver & Gold, plus but not limited to the following:

* Monthly Planning Sessions

* Assist with Gift Registry

 * Wedding Theme Design & Development

* Assist with Locations & Vendors Search

* Menu Tasting & Menu Selection

* Assist with Save The Date Cards, Invitations

* Assist with Favors & Gift Selections

* Book & Attend all Wedding Professional Appointments

* Place Order for all Rental Items

 

We also plan corporate parties, birthday parties, bridal showers, bachorlette parties, anniversaries. Ask us about our reasonable rates for decoratig a hall for you or check out our various wedding decor that are hand made, for example we make wedding veils, ring pillows, flower baskets, just to name a few.
